Nestled in the Kensington Conservation Area, a once gloomy and moisture-laden property has undergone a remarkable metamorphosis into a distinctive and lively residence.
The renovation brought substantial structural improvements such as roof replacement, heightened thermal and acoustic insulation, and the incorporation of additional glazing. Notably, a bespoke motorized rooflight was introduced to usher in natural light.
These enhancements lead to a stunning roof terrace, accessed via a perforated steel spiral staircase. This staircase, tailor-made to meet regulations, seamlessly aligns with the botanical influences of the interior design scheme, contributing to the overall charm.
