Undergoing a thorough back-to-brick renovation, this Grade II listed apartment in South Kensington has experienced a sweeping interior overhaul. The redesign focuses on optimizing available space and thoughtfully reintroducing authentic Victorian features, including meticulous attention to details such as cornicing and wall panelling.
With the License for Alterations secured, previously wasted corridor space was ingeniously repurposed to create an expansive entrance, now transformed into a lavish reception and living area featuring soaring 3.7-meter-high ceilings. Drawing inspiration from the Rosewood hotel, the interior design imbues a sense of grandeur while retaining a warm and inviting atmosphere. Custom joinery in the kitchen, office, and master bedroom harmoniously ties the design together, optimizing usable space.
